Yesterday I made one of the nicest compliments in life. A reader of my blog on LiveJournal, wrote that she liked my sense of style and she would be happy if I was her image consultant. And while I blushed and thanked, friend asked me the first question asked by image consultant: "How much money do you need for a decent shopping?"
And I confess to you, "hung".
The fact is that I never specifically go "for shopping." Firstly, I much prefer our native domestic expression "go shopping". Secondly, I am working mother of two children, and I do not have time (and desire) to dedicate this to walking any length and in no way dilute the time. At the same time, I admit, I have a wardrobe - at least in my opinion - not the poor. Friends sometimes ask - and how do you know where-what-how much?
It's simple.
Firstly, I have always I subscribe to news of interest to me, and brand shops : Enough to drive into the address bar of Google the title and the right to leave your mail on the website: interested in selling shops themselves will tell you everything.
Secondly, when you run for, or go to the movies or to meet with friends, you can always to carve out a moment and look - just look! - In a couple of shops on the way . If something like it, you can always go back to the sales season.
Never do not pass by sewage (regular stores sales items from previous collections).
Finally, I have more "my" stores I always walk around in the sale: as a rule, it is my favorite shoe shop where shoes, unfortunately, is so much that I buy it only with discounts, as well as shops casual, where even at the end of the sale, you can choose a pair of comfortable and quality "basic" items like cashmere sweaters and jeans sitting well.
And the most important rule: do not assume the evil occasional purchases . The main thing - not to lose criticality. Accidentally bought a thing to be really inexpensive, firstly, and 100% of the right size (if you do not, then at least my mother, sister, husband or friend) - in the second. Gifts has not been canceled, the pleasure of successful spontaneous purchases - too.
A style can be changed. For example, three years ago I was in a fit of spontaneous extravagance bought stock in boots that do not fit perfectly in my wardrobe, not in my attitude.
Three years they missed in the closet. And this winter I literally did not remove them.
