On this day, activists and representatives of health organizations conduct information campaigns aimed at raising awareness of the world population about the causes and consequences of the emergence of fatal heart disease.
For several years, diseases of the cardiovascular system are the most common cause of death worldwide. Every year they take the lives of over 17 million (approximately 30% of total deaths).
WHO experts suggest that by 2013 this figure will increase by at least 9 million, and from these forecasts, the scientists get scared. - High level of cholesterol and blood glucose,
- Smoking,
- Unbalanced diet with a lack of fruits and vegetables,

- overweight,
- Obesity.

That is why leading doctors are sounding the alarm, trying to attract the attention of ordinary people to what they eat and how the food is prepared.
