Tokyo neurologists and psychiatrists have found that lack of sleep can have a positive effect on the human psyche. For their experiment, the researchers attracted volunteers who have a driver's license. For a certain length of time they were shown videos about the terrible accident on the road. Then half of the test went to bed, while others stay awake all the time.
After all the participants in the experiment sat behind the wheel, the researchers noted that sleep drivers feel less confident on the road. Seen bedtime events strongly etched in their memory, while at the lack of sleep the subjects were driving smoothly without fear of being in an accident.
