The diet is based on coffee drinking freshly brewed unsweetened black coffee (Arabica variety is recommended) in a specific pattern. The first cup of coffee (160 ml) consumed on an empty stomach right after awakening - after it impossible to eat or drink anything for an hour. In the future, every food intake is preceded by a cup of coffee.
During coffee diet (its maximum duration - six days) from the diet would have to completely exclude the following products: refined sugar, fatty meats, butter, white bread, potatoes, white rice. The best side dish - buckwheat, brown rice, steamed fibrous vegetables (green beans, cauliflower, eggplant), and fresh vegetable salad with a mixture of lemon juice and olive oil.
Besides that, coffee diet contraindicated in those with chronic heart and vascular disease (angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmia, hypertension), as well as disorders of the biliary tract and liver.
During coffee diet it is important to remember that the dinner should be no later than 2 hours before bedtime.
Sample menu coffee diet for 3 days:
1 day
First breakfast : a cup of coffee.
Lunch : Cup of coffee, an omelet from 2 eggs, toast of wholemeal bread.
Lunch : Cup of coffee, a salad of arugula and tuna, seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil, chicken broth, slice chicken.
Afternoon snack : Cup of coffee, 50 g of solid cheese.
Dinner : Cup of coffee, oatmeal on the water with fresh berries or grated apple.
Day 2
First breakfast : a cup of coffee.
Lunch : Cup of coffee, cheesecakes with sour cream.
Lunch : Cup of coffee, a salad of cooked carrots, canned corn, dill, parsley and chicken meat, seasoned with natural yogurt, vegetable soup, a slice of fried cod or haddock.
Afternoon snack : Cup of coffee, 100 g fat-free yogurt.
Dinner : Cup of coffee, homemade whole wheat casserole of noodles and soft cheese.
Day 3
First breakfast : a cup of coffee.
Lunch : Cup of coffee, fruit salad (pear, strawberry, banana) with cottage cheese and jam with fructose.
Lunch : Cup of coffee, ham salad, tomato and basil, seasoned with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, seafood soup, 200 grams of boiled shrimp.
Afternoon snack : Cup of coffee, toast with cheese paste, sprinkle with herbs.
Dinner : Cup of coffee, risotto with vegetables.
