Seafood - an essential element of a healthy diet.
Ingredients:
shrimp (boiled, peeled) - 250g
bell pepper (yellow) - 3-4 pieces.
onion - 1/2 pcs.
celery (chopped fresh herbs) - 2 tbsp
salt, black pepper (ground) - to taste.
Peppers wash, peel and seeds from the stalks, cut into strips. Connect with pepper cut in half lengthwise shrimp, green celery, chopped onion rings and scalded. Fill the salad with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice. Serve on lettuce.
