Dishes include the two most healthy ingredient - rice and spinach.
Ingredients:
long-grain rice - 350g
Salt - 1.5 h. liter.
Water - 825 ml
Spinach - 250g
melted butter - 1 tbsp. l.
coriander - 1 hour. L.
bay leaf - 2 pcs.
unsalted peanuts - 100g
black pepper (ground) - 1 pinch.
Thoroughly rinse the rice, soak it for 15 minutes, fold in a colander to water glass. Pour water into a saucepan, put salt and place over high heat. Trim the coarse stems of spinach leaves how to wash and dry. Then cook the leaves, dip them in boiling water. Put the leaves in a colander and rinse with cold water. Allow the water to drain and finely chop them.
In a medium sized saucepan, heat the ghee and fry it in the coriander and bay leaves. Add the rice, stirring, fry it until the rice grains are not covered with oil and does not become transparent. Add the chopped spinach, stir quickly, then pour the salted water and bring to a boil.
Close the lid and simmer for 20 minutes. If you eat peanuts, put it in a pan, without mixing with rice, for 5 minutes before end of cooking. When the rice is ready, add the black pepper. Before serving, mix the rice gently with a fork.
