Lunch: warm salad of roasted prawns   and iceberg lettuce, seasoned with mustard sauce

Dinner: soup of round rice, cream and salmon

Day 5

Breakfast: tuna salad with egg, toast multizlakovogo bread, coffee or tea

Lunch: fried mussels with tomato salad and red onion

Lunch: sweet and sour soup with grilled octopus tentacles and meat salmon

Supper: a slice of roasted sea fish, salad of cucumbers with yogurt

Day 6

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with peeled shrimp, tea or coffee

Lunch: sandwich of multizlakovogo bread, mustard sauce and slices of salted salmon

Lunch: lentil soup with fried squid rings

Dinner: a salad of arugula, sauce ali-oli and one spoon of salmon or herring roe

7 day

Breakfast: toast with seafood cocktail   (marinated in oil), a cup of tea or coffee

Lunch: salad of hard-boiled eggs, green onions, mustard sauce and mashed canned tuna

Lunch: boiled rice with a slice of grilled fillets of cod, redfish or boiled squid

Dinner kebab from prawns   with lemon juice and dill
