British researchers observed 3199 men and women over 60 years studying the connection between emotional and physical health. Observations continued for 8 years, the volunteers were divided into three age categories based on age (60-69, 70-79, 80 and older). All of them are regularly asked about how they are satisfied with their lives.

The researchers then carefully studied how volunteers cope with daily activities such as morning surge out of bed, dressing and shower, as well as to measure their walking speed when walking walks. Not surprisingly, people with chronic diseases, such as diabetes, arthritis or depression, showed the smallest level of happiness More often faced with the problem of excess weight.
